TVB Bolig AS has been a Hellvik Hus dealer since 1990 and has built single-family homes and cabins throughout Vestfold, Telemark, and Kongsberg municipality with the motto “Build with Joy”. We have built over 1000 housing units.
- We have 3 sales offices located in Skien, Sandefjord, and Bø.
- We build approximately 30-35 housing units per year and have around 35 employees.
- We have our own administration with housing consultants, construction managers, and carpenters with journeyman certificates, and we are an approved apprenticeship company. TVB Bolig AS has 5 apprentices.
- TVB Bolig AS is environmentally certified as a “Miljøfyrtårn”.
